2. Placing a order
2.1. When placing an order, you are offering to buy our goods. We will e-mail you confirming that we have received your order.
2.2. As soon as we have reviewed your order and confirmed your details, we will e-mail you again to confirm acceptance of your order. This means a contract has been made between ISOTOPE and you.
2.3. In the unlikely event that the watch or accessories are no longer available, we will notify you. If, by mistake, the pricing is wrong, the contract will be void and you will not receive an e-mail confirming your order. In this situation, there will be no contract between ISOTOPE and you.
2.4. Our images and colours are for illustrative purposes only. Your watch and accessories may vary slightly from the images shown on the website. Decorations and props are not included in the sale, unless otherwise stated.
2.5. All information on the website is provided in good faith. Nevertheless, some mistakes may occur and we will correct them as soon as possible.
2.6. This contract is covered by the English law.
2.7. By placing an order, you agree to and accept our terms and our privacy policy.
3. Orders placed via our website
3.1. Our website can be used to place an order. Simply select the product you wish to buy and add it to your basket. You can empty your basket at any time. If you prefer to order by email, please email us at info@isotopewatches.com
3.2. Shipping costs are included in the watch price, however Customs and Duty are not included and some countries may ask to cover those costs before delivering the watch/accessories. Some accessories may require extra payment to cover shipping costs.
3.3. When placing an order, you will be required to pay the total amount before the watch or accessories are shipped.
3.4. We use a third-party secure payment service for online purchases. Your order can be paid using most credit cards, as well as other online payment systems.
3.5. Promotions and price reductions only apply during the advertised period.
3.6. All prices quoted on our website are in UK Pounds (£) and prices in the UK are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. This tax is also charged by your country Customs to any orders that are made from countries within the EU (European Union). Any orders made by VAT-registered businesses within the EU will not be subject to VAT. However, you will be responsible for the cost of any duty or import tax that may be incurred when the product is delivered to your country.
3.7. Orders placed and shipped outside of the EU will not be subject to VAT. However, you will be responsible for the cost of any duty or import tax that may be incurred when the product is delivered to your country.
3.8. After your order is confirmed, any changes may incur additional charges or delays.
3.9. Once your order is ready to dispatch, you will be notified by email.
4. Delivery and shipping charges
4.1. Products that are in stock will normally be dispatched within two to five working days.
4.2. If the products you order are not in stock,  we will contact you stating a provisional delivery date. This must be agreed by you and ISOTOPE to avoid disappointment.
4.3. We sell anywhere in the world and our products will be shipped via DHL, Royal Mail or similar services. Shipping times will differ depending on your country. For safety reasons, we do not ship to PO Boxes, or mail forwarding businesses. All addresses must be confirmed prior to shipping.
4.4. We will deliver the goods to the provided delivery address. All deliveries will need to be signed.
4.5. If you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended, we will not accept responsibility for loss or damage.
4.6. After two failed delivery attempts, or if you change address, the products may be returned to ISOTOPE headquarters. We reserve the right to charge you a re-delivery fee.
4.7. Please check the packaging on delivery. If the packaging is open or damaged, please notify the delivery driver at the time of delivery to return the packaging. Otherwise, we will assume the goods were in pristine condition when delivered.
4.8. If the package is lost in transit, please contact the delivery company with your tracking number, or let us know so we can contact them.
4.9. For reasons beyond our control, we may not be able to deliver your products as planned. In case of accidents, breakdowns, fire, natural hazards, malicious damage or supplier fail, we will try to fix the problem and deliver as soon as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible if this causes a delay or failure in delivering your package.
5. Cancelling and returning a product
5.1. Bespoke items that have been personalised or modified to your specifications, such as replacement parts, decoration, colour, engravings, or any custom-made parts are exempt from the right to cancel. Products ordered by businesses that are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations are equally exempt from the right to cancel, except if the products are faulty or misdescribed.
5.2. You can cancel your order at any time within 14 days after the day of delivery. To cancel, please e-mail us at info@isotopewatches.com. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted.
5.3. If possible, please state the reason for cancellation, so we can improve our service in the future.
5.4. When cancelling, the products must be returned within 5 working days of the cancellation, complete with the original, sealed packaging and all accessories. We will provide a complete address to return the package and, when possible, we will send a return label. Please make sure it is well-packed to avoid carrier damages.
5.5. Worn or damaged products cannot be returned, except if they are faulty. If worn or damaged under your responsibility, we reserve the right not to accept the return, or to charge you for the reduction in value.
5.6. We will refund your payment within 60 days, deducting any cost incurred under this contract and a minimum of 4% over the amount paid as Shopify and Bank fees are not refundable.
6. Warranty
6.1. In addition to your consumer’s rights, our watches have a manufacturer’s warranty against material and workmanship defects for a period of 24 months (or 36 when stated) from the date of purchase. This warranty is indexed to your ISOTOPE watch and is transferable if you sell or gift the watch. This warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use, or normal wear of straps, bracelets and buckles.
6.2. If our watch is opened or subjected to any repair work undertaken by an individual not appointed by us, the warranty will be void.
6.3. Please email us if you find any problem with the watch or the accessories. We will help solve the problem accordingly. If not bespoke, the solution might be an exchange, but we will need the original returned before shipping the replacement.
6.4. Returning a watch or accessories to ISOTOPE is your responsibility. Nevertheless, and in the first three months, we will provide a return label or refund sensible shipping costs after inspection and if we realise it is our fault. If the products are not faulty, we will return them to you. In this situation, you will need to accept our shipping costs before we ship the watch back to you.
6.5. If your item is no longer available, you are entitled to a similar product. If it is impossible to find a replacement, you are entitled to a refund.
7. Liability
7.1. The products sold on ISOTOPE’s website have been designed to comply with all relevant UK legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the UK.
8. Trade or Business Customers
The following conditions apply to orders placed by Trade or Business Customers.
8.1. Orders may not be cancelled, except with our mutual agreement and having been confirmed in writing by a Director of our company. We reserve the right to make cancellation and/or restocking charges.
8.2. Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 2 days of delivery.
